i have broken the record of 'MTG Extended Championship' by entering the quarter finals of the competition as a rookie!!! since the tournament was established 5-6years ago, no rookie has ever entered beyond the round of 16. but i have done it..it was an inspiring win. no la..i actually won the game hands down. it was over b4 it even started.
my opponent, was using a zoo deck. [ basically a zoo deck is a deck comprising of many small creatures of different types. E.g elf, goblin, lion..etc] it wasnt fast enough to bother my AA deck [ Arcbound Affinity ]. it was a total mismatch really. i won the first match within the first 5 turns. using the ornithopter-cranial plating combo. haha easy finish for me. for the second match, he needed to win this in order to stand any chance of getting in to the quarters, cos its best out of 3. haha but no such luck. he was really unlucky to be matched up with me cos my AA deck is simple too fast for his deck and much too powerful..so in the end i won the second match and it was game over for that guy.
but im vry scared of my nxt opponent cos he was using minds desire deck and since i owned one, i noe its power and seriously its strong against creature based decks...should i change deck again? but i alrdy run out of $$$ lol!!!
