good bye 2008 and hello 2009. it has been a crazy year, a year to forget as well as a year to remember. 2008 just flew by without us noticing. this is how i spent the last day of 2008 and the first day of 2009. =]
i woke up early on 31st december 2008 to go to school to collect my hockey school team jersey. ben and mark overslept, so i collected theirs for them since we will be meetin up later that day for our class chalet. after collecting the jerseys, i went to yishun to buy phoebe a birthday present on behalf of the guys since her bday is on the 1st of january and i was on the way home to change. met ignatius at eunos first then we went to pasir ris library to meet khairiyah and the rest. then we proceeded to our chalet at downtown east. the chalet was uber small lol. but we had fun playing magic cards and poker.
all the guys went to ig's house to spend the night. we played rock band 2 on his PS3 for the whole night. we watched wild child too. totally didnt catch a wink of sleep the whole night. lol!! my greatest accomplishment for 2009 was to stay awake for 24hrs. lol madness..this is the first time i have ever gone a day without any sleep at all. of course, i was dead tired when i got home at 10+am today. lol!!
i've got a feeling that this year will be a very interesting year, and a good one too. although i will be taking my A lvls this year, i still got this weird feeling that it will be a good year. just guess where i celebrated new year's day this year? lol on a freaking SBS bus on the way to ig's hse. >< will this year get anymore crazier?? lol!! we shall see...Happy New Year everybody!!! =]
